Campbell Lake Trail (2009.12.24)

The clouds finally lifted up on Christmas Eve day. But since it was December, we couldn’t do any high elevation hike due to the amount of snow. So, we drove to the eastern Fraser Valley, and turned off at Agassiz / Harrison Hot Spring road. After taking some pictures of Harrison Lake, we began to hike Campbell Lake Trail. Since we parked at Harrison Lake shore, we hiked several extra kilometers. The attraction of this hike is not Campbell Lake, instead it offers a very good viewpoint to give a bird’s view of Harrison Lake, the largest lake in Fraser Valley, with maximum depth 275m. We turned back after reaching this viewpoint, in order to get back home earlier.
